Crafted from original old recycled elm timber obtained from old cottage doors, these benches are strong and sure to stand up. Please note that the elm used to create this item is a piece of history and it needs to be treated with care. As the timber settles into your home environment, cracking may appear which can be repaired. This is not the fault of the manufacturer or retailer and it adds character to your piece giving it a patina of old age.
